Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Data Informatics platform at datainformatics.com.au (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Data Informatics provides rostering, attendance confirmation, and backfill management tools for organisations managing remote and FIFO workforces. Access is provided on a per-organisation (tenant) basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each user account is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials is not permitted. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another organisation's data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer any part of the platform
  • Use the WhatsApp messaging features to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. Data ownership

Your organisation retains ownership of all roster, crew, and attendance data entered into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Informatics Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by your organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before deletion, unless you request earlier removal.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
